Shoeshoe Mofokeng
Shoeshoe is an expert in early childhood development and education, Co-founder and National Coordinator for the Network of Early Childhood Development of Lesotho (NECDOL), with a strong track record of securing major funding from organizations like UNICEF, Global Partnership for Education and Roger Federer Foundation. A 2022 Mandela Washington Fellow at Leadership in Public Management Institute, Syracuse University. She leads advocacy efforts, develops national guidelines, and leads development and implementation of interventions. Her prior experience includes coordinating USAID-funded research projects at the University of Stellenbosch and providing crucial HIV counselling and support at St. Joseph Hospital and Scott Hospital. She brings extensive expertise in program management, stakeholder engagement, and staff development.
