Philip Njowusi is a seasoned Architect and visionary CEO of Pan Services based in Washington DC. With over 25 years of exceptional leadership, he has directed diverse teams in a broad range of high-profile commercial and residential projects, spanning the US and several international markets, including Nigeria, Kenya, South Sudan, and Zimbabwe. His portfolio include collaborations with US Embassy Commercial Services in Kenya and Nigeria.

Under Philip's guidance, Pan Services achieved a historic milestone, being selected as one of three companies to receive the prestigious Presidential Export Award (E-Award) in 2019, bestowed by the US Department of Commerce.

Philip Njowusi is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He holds a Bachelors of Architecture degree from the University of Houston School of Architecture, MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and ESADE Business School, Spain.
